Project Difficulties: The park covers a wide area, has a large volume of waste gas, and it is very difficult to design the collection system. There are more than 300 electroplating enterprises entering the park, and the production capacity of electroplating has reached 2.8 million liters (the designed capacity is 4 million liters).

Waste Gas Scale: 150,000 cubic meters per hour (m³/h)

Waste Gas Type: Acid-base waste gas 

Design Process: Multi-stage chemical dosing spraying method, adsorption method

Treatment Effect: Meeting the second-level standard in the second period of the "Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants" (GB 16297 - 1996).
