1. Sources:

Shower drainage, washbasin drainage, kitchen drainage, toilet drainage, etc. generated from people's daily lives.

2. Characteristics:

(1) Main pollution indicators: the number of coliform bacteria, the total number of bacteria, suspended solids (SS), biochemical oxygen demand in 5 days (BOD5), chemical oxygen demand (COD).

(2) Poor appearance, chroma, odor, grease, etc.

(3) Weak corrosiveness and relatively low treatment difficulty.

3. Treatment Difficulties:

The amount of water is unbalanced, and the instantaneous flow rate is large.

4. Treatment Process:

A/O (Anaerobic/Oxic) or A/A/O (Anaerobic/Anoxic/Oxic).

5. Solutions:

The combined treatment process of anaerobic + (anoxic) + aerobic can remove pollutants such as organic substances, ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus in domestic sewage.

6. Discharge Standards:

The first-class discharge standard specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996).
